OUR MISSION
Swan City Music Therapy, LLC, (SCMT) is a music therapy private practice in Lakeland, FL. SCMT is dedicated to serving our clients of all populations including individuals, older adults, and early intervention. SCMT's highly trained therapists provide both individual and group sessions using live music, instrument playing, movement, and singing for people of all ages. We work closely with activity directors, families, and administrators to develop session and treatment plans.

Dear Families,

As of 1/1/2026, we are no longer providing services through CMS/Sunshine Health.
​
Our only accepted payment methods are self-pay and the Step Up for Students Scholarship.
​
At this time, we do not plan to resume accepting CMS/Sunshine Health.
​
We are passionate about keeping services accessible to our clients and did not make this decision lightly.
